Production process

Sponge Titanium Preparation
High-purity titanium sponge is produced via the Kroll process.
Vacuum Melting
Sponge titanium is alloyed with aluminum and vanadium and melted multiple times in a vacuum arc furnace to form uniform GR5 titanium ingots.
Forging and Homogenization
The ingots are forged to refine the grain structure and ensure material consistency.
Rolling (Hot or Cold)
Forged billets are hot-rolled or cold-rolled into plate form with controlled thickness and flatness.
Annealing
Plates are annealed in a vacuum or inert atmosphere to relieve internal stress and improve ductility.
Surface Treatment & Cutting
Surface oxide layers are removed by pickling or grinding. Plates are then cut to standard or custom sizes.
