Baoji Huacan New Metal Materials Co., Ltd. (HC-titanium) is located in Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, known as China’s “Titanium Valley.” The company specializes in the production of high-performance titanium and titanium alloy products. 
Our core manufacturing capabilities include forging, precision die forging, and precision CNC machining. The machining plant is equipped with more than 40 CNC lathes, machining centers, gantry machining centers, and other precision machining equipment. We manufacture titanium fittings, flanges, and custom machined parts, which are widely used in high-demand industries including aerospace, shipbuilding, chemical, medical device, and energy sectors.

Melting Capability

Baoji Huacan has a strategic partner in advanced vacuum arc remelting (VAR) and plasma arc melting (PAM) furnaces, enabling high-purity refining of titanium and titanium alloy ingots.

We are capable of producing high-quality titanium ingots such as Ti-6Al-4V, TA1, and TA2.

Our annual melting capacity exceeds 5,000 tons.

We strictly adhere to international standards such as ASTM B348 and AMS 4928.

This ensures excellent chemical homogeneity, low impurity levels, and high-density structures for aerospace and medical applications.

Forging Capability

The company utilizes a full range of open-die forging and precision die forging equipment to manufacture large structural parts and small precision components.

Equipped with a 4000-ton hydraulic press, air hammers, rapid forging presses, and ring-pulling machines, the company is capable of producing bars, flanges, rings, and custom forged shapes.

Annual forging capacity exceeds 3,000 tons.

Advanced heat treatment and post-forging processing ensure grain refinement and dimensional accuracy.

Forging processes comply with AMS, ASTM, and DIN standards, making them suitable for a variety of high-performance applications.

Titanium Bar Rolling Capability

Baoji Huacan specializes in precision rolling of titanium bars with tight tolerance control and uniform grain structure. Using advanced rolling mills, the company can produce bars in various diameters with excellent surface finish and mechanical properties. The process ensures high straightness, density, and dimensional accuracy, meeting international standards such as ASTM B348. Ideal for aerospace, medical, and industrial applications.

Our precision machining capabilities enable the production of complex titanium and titanium alloy components with tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes. Utilizing over 40 advanced CNC lathes and machining centers, including gantry systems, we efficiently handle both standard and custom parts. Precision measurement

We use advanced precision measurement techniques to ensure the highest quality of titanium and titanium alloy components. Equipped with advanced inspection tools such as coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), internal and external micrometers, depth gauges, height gauges, digital calipers, and surface roughness gauges, our quality team performs rigorous dimensional and tolerance checks throughout the production process. This ensures that every component meets our customers' precise specifications and supports critical applications in the aerospace, medical, and energy industries.

 

Quality Control System Overview

 

BJHC follows a multi-stage inspection protocol, which includes:

Raw Material Verification

All incoming titanium and alloy materials undergo strict inspection, including chemical composition analysis using spectrometers, supplier certification checks, and visual quality assessments. This ensures only qualified materials enter production.

Process Monitoring & In-Process Control

Each stage of manufacturing — from forging to machining — is monitored in real-time. Technicians perform dimensional checks and process validations to ensure production remains within tight tolerances.

Non-Destructive Testing

Ultrasonic testing is conducted to detect internal flaws such as cracks, voids, or inclusions in forged and machined parts, ensuring structural integrity without damaging the product.

Dimensional & Mechanical Inspection

Finished products are inspected using coordinate measuring machines (CMM), calipers, and gauges for dimensional accuracy. Mechanical properties such as tensile strength, yield strength, and hardness are tested to meet ASTM, AMS, and DIN standards.

Surface & Appearance Check

Surface roughness testers and visual inspections are used to evaluate product finish and detect any surface defects. Products are cleaned and deburred before final packaging.

Final Review & Documentation

Before shipment, each batch undergoes a final quality review. Complete inspection reports, product certificates, material traceability records, and labeling are prepared to ensure transparency and easy tracking for customers.
